About Us: We are a reputable commercial roofing company serving businesses in the Toronto area. With a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, we specialize in providing comprehensive roofing solutions for commercial properties. We are currently seeking small groups of experienced Commercial Roofing Contractors to join our team on a fixed-term contract basis for a duration of 3 to 6 months. What We Need: Looking for a small contractor group responsible for overseeing and managing commercial roofing projects on a contract basis. Working closely with our clients, project managers, and other members of your contractor group, you will ensure the successful completion of each project within the specified timeframe. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent project management abilities, and a deep understanding of commercial roofing systems. What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with clients and project managers to understand project requirements, specifications, and timelines.
• Conduct thorough site inspections to assess project scope, identify potential challenges, and determine necessary materials and resources.
• Estimate project costs, prepare detailed proposals, and negotiate contracts with clients.
• Coordinate and schedule labor, equipment, and materials required for each project, ensuring timely and efficient execution within your contractor group.
• Supervise and work alongside your contractor group, providing guidance, training, and support throughout the project duration.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies at all times.
• Oversee the installation of various commercial roofing systems, such as flat roofs, low-slope roofs, and metal roofs, ensuring adherence to manufacturer guidelines and best practices.
• Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective measures as needed to ensure quality workmanship and timely completion within your contractor group.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to verify that work is performed to the highest standards within your contractor group.
• Keep accurate records of project details, including labor, materials, equipment, and expenses within your contractor group.

  Should Have:

• Previous experience as a Commercial Roofing Contractor is required.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans, specifications, and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
